Signing up for the waitlist does not guarantee immediate access to the NavBuddy application. Access will be granted on a rolling basis as we scale our beta testing program. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any signup at our discretion.
The NavBuddy name, logo, and all related content are the exclusive property of NavBuddy. The "Anxiety-Aware GPS" technology is Patent Pending. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site without our prior written permission.
The NavBuddy website and beta waitlist are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the availability or functionality of the future application.
In no event shall NavBuddy be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on this site. Your continued use of the site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
